Common Exposures
These general exposures are present at many hospitality facilities. Outdoor recreation facilities however, often have unique characteristics or hazards because of their purpose, location, operational season or the nature of their surroundings. We regard each business entity as special. Our Risk Managers consider all pertinent factors when developing risk assessment surveys and solutions.

Property
The buildings in use for outdoor recreation facilities are vastly diverse in terms of vintage, size, construction, setting and proximity to protective services. They and their occupants may be subject to peril from external as well as internal factors. Fire is a prime threat but the potential for heavy snowloads, high water, falling timber, humidity/dehydration, strong winds or even damage from wildlife is present in many locations. Our Risk Managers approach property risk by way of Prevention, Protection, and Reaction. As with specialty activity exposure, our intent is to maintain the unique character of the facility and its setting while mitigating existing hazards. |

General Liability
Slipping and tripping hazards, swimming pools, lakes and rivers, spas, playgrounds, parking lots, driveways, walking paths, and restrooms are just a few of the areas of concern. Our surveys are designed to address common premise issues as well as the special exposures such as amusement devices, pet facilities or emerging entertainment technology.

Commercial Auto
We evaluate the management, use and condition of vehicles that are owned and maintained for business purpose. Hired, non-owned vehicles are examined as well. Vehicles, drivers, and their employment are considered in light of exposure to guests, highway traffic, seasonality and other local factors. |

Inland Marine
The term covers anything that moves or can move (other than automobiles) such as computers, tack and saddles, heavy equipment, fine art, signs, tools, and ATVs and snowmobiles. Our surveys address the storage and protection of these items as well as their general quality and condition.

LIQUOR LIABILITY
Any location that serves or offers alcohol has chosen to accept a degree of risk. We evaluate that risk based on the existing hospitality situation, policies and procedures. Solutions are intended to support business income while minimizing liability. |
