“Agreement or Contract
We recommend that a formal, written agreement be executed in advance between hunt operators and their client hunters. The agreement should clearly state the services and articles that will be provided, their cost and the obligations of both parties. Besides providing a legal basis, such a document enhances business goodwill by eliminating misunderstanding or the disappointment of false expectations. The only surprises that are welcome on a hunt are better hunting weather and more game. Please see Sample Form C.”
